Birthday Weekend

We had Jace's and Rylynn's birthday parties to go to this weekend. After a slight detour (or 3) we finally made it to Jace's party, albeit an hour late. The kids had a great time playing on the playground and the train whistle party favor is a big hit with Owen. Now he has one for the house and one he keeps in the car. After all of the drama with getting to the party, I forgot to get my camera out of the car, so no pictures from J's party (sorry Jace!).

Sunday was Rylynn's party at Mastadon State Park. Luckily I knew where that is, so we made it on time. Again, all of the kids had a great time playing. After seeing all the gifts, Mike and I started fearing what will be in our house after Owen's party.

Boy's Weekend

We've been slacking in the blogging department lately. I've been really bad about uploading pictures to the computer, therefore, no new blog entries. I'm caught up now, and playing catch up.

The weekend of Sept. 19-21, I went to Branson with some friends, so Owen and Mike had a boy's weekend alone. Friday night they went to the Balloon Glow in Forest Park and from the pictures, it looks like they had a lot of fun. The rest of the weekend went well from what I gather.
